Provided your security privileges grant the access, the Handwritten
Paycheck Facility allows you to conveniently use one screen to enter
time and attendance information, enter withholdings, compute gross
to netpay and print a paycheck, complete with the company logo,
MICR encoding and signature. It can be accessed from anywhere and
paychecks entered manually can be printed to the local printer.
All payroll-related general ledger transactions are summarized for
general ledger distribution as new paychecks
are entered or existing paychecks are voided.
Comprehensive General Ledger
HR Premier™ Payroll includes comprehensive tracking of general
ledger activity. Once you set up the Chart of Accounts within Payroll
and assign the appropriate general ledger accounts you can report general ledger
activity for each timeframe. As each payroll is run all payroll-related
expenses and payables from employees, independent contractors, pensioners,
and third parties are summarized for general ledger distribution.
As
paychecks or third party checks are voided all payroll-related expense
and payable reversals are summarized for general ledger distribution.
When the Client Billing and Receivables Module is included, all
revenue, accounts receivable and cash receipts are summarized for
general ledger distribution as client invoices are processed and
payments are recorded.
Export functionality to exterior accounting programs are available upon request.
